I had a really good stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. the staff were affable and attentive people. - the hotel was very close to two metro stations: Palats Sportu and Ploshcha L. I had a great one-night stay at Heart Kyiv Apart-Hotel and was pleased with my choice. the staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. the hotel's location was convenient, being very close to Palats Sportu and Ploshcha L metro stations.

A very nice location, close to the city centre and metro station. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. However there was no microwave, although it was mentioned on the web-site.

A nice size and functional rooms with a balcony from the pictures. Location not far from centre, metro, many bars, restaurants, dynamo kiev stadium, and the most shops and malls.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and modern, complete with a balcony and all the necessary equipment. the service was excellent, making the hotel feel luxurious and comfortable.

The rooms with iron, kettle, for instance were tastefully decorated and a nice size. It was decorated in the cosy design. Very good service, although a few employees were not very friendly.

Views appeared to be ugly.

The location was excellent, close to a metro station, bars, restaurants, and Dynamo Kyiv stadium. the staff were very kind and nice, which made for a really pleasant stay. - the room was perfectly clean, quiet, and had all the necessary equipment. - They provided a kettle and an iron, which was a really nice touch for a one-night stay. - I was surprised by the nearby Milk Bar, they had some delicious goodies and drinks. - Overall, everything was nice, and I would recommend this place.

After booking, the hotel offered by email to pick me up at the Boryspil airport fo 40 USD. This worked fine, a man waited with my name on a sign and we travelled in a standard car. The building looks very modest, the entrance looks grim and scruffy, but rooms are okay and heating was excessive, so windows had to be opened.

The walls were so thin that I had could hear the lovemaking next door, 3 nights in a row. Luckily I alwas travel with ear plugs and advice others to do the same in this hotel.

The hotel is brand new and the interior is really good. We liked especially channel 9 ;-)!

Some of the staffmembers have to improve their English because we did not really speak Russian. Apart from that it drove us crazy that we could not find a sign for the hotel at the given address. It took us at least 1 hour to find it. That is not convenient!!!

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location right near the city center. The attention to detail was also impressive, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning and even had a balcony, providing a great overlook of the area below. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly reliable, helpful, and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. And lastly, the breakfast offered was simply delicious and gave me the perfect start to my day.

My stay at this hotel was flawless.
